DewTalk does not ship physical goods. All services are delivered online as live 1:1 video sessions and digital reports. This policy explains exactly how that delivery works.
1. Nature of the service
DewTalk delivers:
- Live 1:1 video sessions — held over Google Meet, with a dedicated mentor, for the duration specified in your program.
- Digital session reports — generated by our AI within minutes of session completion, plus mentor notes added shortly after.
- Practice resources — audio drills, written frameworks, and breath protocols delivered via your DewTalk account.
2. Delivery timeline
Free intro session
- Booking confirmation is sent to your email immediately after you complete the booking.
- Your Google Meet meeting link is sent to your email at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.
- Session is delivered at your selected time slot.
Paid 8-session blocks
- Program access is activated instantly upon successful payment — you can book your first paid session right away.
- Your assigned mentor's calendar opens up immediately after payment; you choose your slot from the booking page.
- Subsequent sessions follow the cadence agreed with your mentor — typically 2 sessions per week. You can pause or space them out at your own pace.
3. Session platform & technical requirements
Sessions are conducted over Google Meet. You need:
- A device with a working camera and microphone (laptop preferred for the writing/recording exercises).
- A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended).
- A quiet space for the session duration.
- A free Google Meet account (Gmail covers this).
4. Session reports
- Your AI-generated session report is delivered to your DewTalk account and email within 15 minutes of the session ending.
- Your mentor's notes for you are added within 24 hours of the session.
- Reports are accessible at any time from your account.
5. Geographic availability
DewTalk is available worldwide wherever a stable internet connection is available. We are headquartered in Kasauli, India, and all session times are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST). Available session hours are currently 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST, daily.
6. No physical shipping
DewTalk does not ship any physical product, course material, certificate, or merchandise. All program deliverables — audio drills, frameworks, reports, recordings — are digital and accessed via your DewTalk account or email.
7. Service interruptions
In the rare event of a technical issue, mentor unavailability, or platform outage that prevents a session from running, we will either:
- Reschedule the session at the earliest mutually convenient time, OR
- Credit the equivalent session to your program.
You will not be charged twice or asked to pay extra for a rescheduled session under these circumstances.
